Grill Cooking
BBQ Fish
Lay a piece of aluminum foil on the grill. Spray with cooking oil to help with the release of the fish. Place fish flays on the foil with skin side down. Coat the fish with mayonnaise and then your favorite barbeque sauce. Cook the fish on medium heat without turning until done. This will work will with most types of fish like bass, salmon and walleye.
Corn in the Husk
Take ears of sweet corn, open the husk and remove the thread-like silk. Re-close the husks. Soak the ears in water for 30 minutes, then place them on the coals (not directly in the flames) or grill. Cook for about 8 minutes, turning them often as they cook.
Pizza on the Grill
Place pizza on the grill 4-6” from a medium heat for about 8-10 minutes, until cheese is melted. Place directly on grill for a crispy crust. A piece of foil can be placed under pizza if the crust is browning too quickly.
Potatoes on Grill
Cut potatoes in half, cook in saucepan in salted water until tender but still firm. Pat dry with towel. Coat with vegetable oil and seasoned salt. Place on grill over medium heat until browned and tender.
Barbecued Chicken and Shrimp
One stick butter, melted
2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and de-veined
1 pound boneless chicken breast, cut in 1” cubes
Various items such as green pepper, onion, tomatoes, mushrooms can be placed on skewers between the shrimp and chicken. If you are not going to add any of these, reduce the butter, garlic and onion powder in half.
Combine garlic and onion powder with melted butter. Add shrimp and chicken, let marinade for at least 30 minutes. Place shrimp and chicken onto skewers. Add vegetables if wish. Cook about 10 minutes until chicken is done. Turn once or twice while cooking and baste often with remaining marinade.

For mouth watering steaks grill steaks over an open wood fire. Allow the fire to burn down to hot coals. Grill the
steaks slowly while applying the following spices: Use equal
quantity of coarse ground black pepper, garlic power or garlic salt and season all. Sear one side of the
steak while applying the spices. Then flip and apply the spices to the other side. Do not over cook and serve hot off the grill.
