Fire Ring Safety
Tips and Precautions
Before using your fire ring and campfire accessories, please read these instructions carefully. Noncompliance with these instructions and misuse of your fire ring and/or accessories could result in a hazardous fire, potentially causing personal injury or property damage.
DANGERS
This item is for OUTDOOR USE ONLY.

Metal surfaces may become VERY HOT during use! ALWAYS use insulated protective gloves or
tongs when handling metal parts.

Before using this item, contact local fire officials regarding potential restrictions.

Before lighting your fire, BE SURE to choose a location that is approved for campfires and at a safe distance from any buildings, trees, grass, or other combustible materials.

DO NOT burn fires during high winds which could carry sparks to other flammable materials.

NEVER use in enclosed unventilated spaces (e.g., garages, sheds, breezeways, etc.) as this could lead to carbon monoxide poisoning, resulting in injury or even death.

NEVER light a fire on any combustible surface, including wood or synthetic decking, boats, rooftops, etc.

When lighting or rebuilding your fire, DO NOT use any chemical accelerant, such as gasoline, alcohol, diesel fuel, kerosene, paint thinner, and charcoal lighter.

NEVER use any aerosol sprays near the fire, including hair spray, cleaning products, paint, etc.
WARNINGS
· Exercise the same precautions you would with any open fire.
· Seasoned hardwood is recommended. Avoid using any materials in this product that could cause sparks or hot airborne debris.
· Keep children, pets, and handicapped persons away from this product during use and while it is hot.
· Do not leave this product unattended while in use or while it is hot.
· Watch for potential sharp edges.
FIRE RING CARE
Once the fire ring is cool, wipe with a damp cloth. The product will weather to a natural oxidized finish, but storage of the fire ring out of the weather will slow the oxidation process. The unit can be repainted with high-temperature barbeque paint, if desired.
COOKING GRILL CARE
Once the grill kit is cool, wipe with a damp cloth. The product will weather to a natural oxidized finish, but storage of the fire ring out of the weather will slow the oxidation process. The handle and pipe can be repainted with high-temperature barbeque paint, if desired.
